Welcome to the site of the Genome Canada project "Identification of Genetic Pathways that Regulate the Survival and Development of Cancer and Cancer Stem Cells." We are located in Toronto's "Discovery District", headquartered at state-of-the-art MaRS facility.
Cancer Stem Cells (CSC) are a subset of the bulk tumour responsible for initiating and maintaining the disease. We identify and characterize CSC to develop CSC-specific therapies.
